This survey will be held for the second time following the one conducted in March 2021, and will be conducted once a quarter going forward, to help leaders grow. It is not used for any other purpose, and anonymity is guaranteed.
The questions are divided into 13 mandatory response questions on the Likert scale and 2 optional response questions.
